About Kristen

Kristen has been a licensed real estate sales professional with Royal LePage Commercial since 2012 and is co-founder of both Bloomr Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the seniors’ housing sector, as well as THE GOOD LIFE Real Estate Group. In addition to seniors’ housing, Kristen also specializes in private schools and has broad experience across virtually all asset classes and commercial real estate sectors including industrial, institutional, retail, office leasing, and development land.

Prior to real estate sales, Kristen enjoyed a successful and diverse career in commercial construction and land development, holding senior positions in operations, business development, marketing, and sales with some of Canada’s largest commercial construction companies. Kristen brings a tireless work ethic and exceptional market knowledge to every project and has developed a solid reputation for integrity and service excellence, always acting in her clients’ best interests and exceeding their expectations.
